Free English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes for Landed Immigrants

Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) offers free English classes for landed immigrants. It is funded by the Government of Canada through Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and delivered in Kingston by two local service agencies: 

Kingston Literacy & Skills and KEYS Employment Services.
